Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh nectarines, sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sliced nectarines, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the nectarines.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the nectarines are bubbly.
