Ingredients
- 2 heaping cups of precooked shredded chicken breast
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 large flatbreads (about 134 grams each)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, toss the precooked chicken with ½ cup of BBQ sauce, setting aside the remaining ¼ cup.
- Spread the reserved ¼ cup of BBQ sauce evenly over the two flatbreads.
- Top each flatbread with an even layer of the shredded BBQ chicken.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over each flatbread.
- Place the pizzas directly on the racks of your preheated oven or use a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the flatbreads are crispy on the bottom and the cheese is fully melted.
- Once done, remove the flatbreads from the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
