Description

A deliciously simple BBQ Chicken Flatbread that’s perfect for quick weeknight dinners or gatherings, packed with flavor and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 heaping cups of precooked shredded chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 large flatbreads (about 134 grams each)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, toss the precooked chicken with ½ cup of BBQ sauce, setting aside the remaining ¼ cup.
  3. Spread the reserved ¼ cup of BBQ sauce evenly over the two flatbreads.
  4. Top each flatbread with an even layer of the shredded BBQ chicken.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over each flatbread.
  6. Place the pizzas directly on the racks of your preheated oven or use a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the flatbreads are crispy on the bottom and the cheese is fully melted.
  8. Once done, remove the flatbreads from the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
