Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, arrange the cherry tomatoes and spinach.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Make 4 small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set.
