  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the cherry tomatoes and spinach.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
