Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Gruyère)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as chives or parsley) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the dish, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
