Description

Delicious bite-sized snacks combining smoky Little Smokies and crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Little Smokies (about 14 oz or 400 g)
  • 1 pound of bacon
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds.
  3. Wrap each Little Smokie with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  4. Place the wrapped Smokies in a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and black pepper.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the bacon-wrapped Smokies.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized.
  8. Serve warm.
