Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or spinach for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
- If using, add in the chopped onions or spinach.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, replace bacon with sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers. You can also customize the cheese and herbs as desired.
