Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or spinach for added flavor


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
  4. If using, add in the chopped onions or spinach.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.

Notes
