Description

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cheese of choice)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and shredded mozzarella to the mashed avocado, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool, slice, and serve.

Notes

Mash the avocado until almost completely smooth; a few tiny lumps are okay. Use a greased loaf pan for a thicker loaf. Check for doneness at 25 minutes.
