Ingredients
- 3 cups apricots, halved and pitted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
