  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • Maple syrup (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter, mixing until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
