Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
