Description

A comforting one-pan meal that combines ground beef, vegetables, and a creamy sauce, served over mashed potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Mashed potatoes (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and mushrooms until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, cooking until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth.
  5. In a large baking dish, combine cooked beef mixture, frozen vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
  6. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftovers, let the dish cool completely. Then, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate. It will keep for about 3-4 days in the fridge.
