A comforting one-pan meal that combines ground beef, vegetables, and a creamy sauce, served over mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Mashed potatoes (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and mushrooms until softened.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned; season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth.
- In a large baking dish, combine cooked beef mixture, frozen vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
- Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
Notes
To store leftovers, let the dish cool completely. Then, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate. It will keep for about 3-4 days in the fridge.
