Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or use silicone muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden. Let cool before removing.
