Crispy, golden Alexia sweet potato fries air fryer style are the perfect gluten-free side or snack! Fast, easy, and pairs perfectly with honey mustard dip.
Ingredients
1 (20 oz) bag Alexia Sweet Potato Fries
Sea salt (to taste)
Optional: Light oil spray
Optional: Homemade honey mustard dip (see recipe)
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. Place frozen Alexia sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
3. Cook for 8 minutes.
4. Shake the basket to redistribute fries.
5. Cook an additional 8 minutes until crispy and golden.
6. Remove and season immediately with sea salt.
7. Serve hot with homemade honey mustard dip.
Notes
Do not thaw fries before cooking.
Cooking time may vary by air fryer model.
Avoid overcrowding for best crisp results.
Reheat leftovers at 375°F for 3-4 minutes in air fryer.
Pair with honey mustard, spicy mayo, or garlic aioli.
