Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or steamed vegetables for serving
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve over cooked rice or steamed vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. You can marinate the chicken longer for deeper flavor.
