Description

A simple and delicious recipe for making juicy steak in your air fryer, perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • Steak (your choice of cut, such as ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
  • Savory Salt (or your favorite seasoning blend)
  • Butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Start by drying the steak with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Generously coat the steak with savory salt, pushing it into the meat for flavor infusion.
  3. Insert a thermometer probe into the thickest part of the steak.
  4. Preheat your air fryer and set it to Broil mode at 450°F.
  5. Cook the steak for about 15 minutes, monitoring the temperature. Turn off the fryer when it hits 120°F for perfect medium-rare.
  6. Add a pat of butter on your plate, place the steak on top, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice against the grain and serve.

Notes

Let your steak come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for the best results.
