Ingredients
- Steak (your choice of cut, such as ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
- Savory Salt (or your favorite seasoning blend)

Instructions
- Start by drying the steak with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Generously coat the steak with savory salt, pushing it into the meat for flavor infusion.
- Insert a thermometer probe into the thickest part of the steak.
- Preheat your air fryer and set it to Broil mode at 450°F.
- Cook the steak for about 15 minutes, monitoring the temperature. Turn off the fryer when it hits 120°F for perfect medium-rare.
- Add a pat of butter on your plate, place the steak on top, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
Let your steak come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for the best results.
