Description

Quick and crispy pizza rolls filled with cheese and pepperoni, perfect for snacking or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small rectangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each rectangle.
  4. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Chilling filled rolls before cooking helps them hold their shape. Adjust cooking time if using larger rolls.
