Description
Quick and crispy pizza rolls filled with cheese and pepperoni, perfect for snacking or entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Chilling filled rolls before cooking helps them hold their shape. Adjust cooking time if using larger rolls.
