Ingredients

  • 2 broccoli crowns (broken into large florets)
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tamari (or soy sauce)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for topping)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with the olive oil, tamari, and garlic powder, ensuring each floret is well-coated.
  3. Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between florets.
  4. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until tender and golden-brown.
  5. Once finished, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
