Description

This Air Fryer BBQ Chicken is a quick and healthy meal featuring smoky flavors and juicy texture, crafted simply and perfectly in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 small chicken breasts (6 ounces each)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  3. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  4. Rub the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and cook for another 8 minutes.
  7. Baste the chicken with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
