Description

Deliciously simple air fryer baked potatoes achieve perfect fluffy texture and crispy skin in a fraction of the time.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes (7 to 9 oz each)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (or use a cooking spray)


Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes under running water, then thoroughly dry with a towel.
  2. Poke each potato all over with a fork, 4 to 5 times.
  3. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle all over with sea salt.
  4. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook in a basket-style air fryer at 400°F or toaster-style air fryer at 375°F for 35 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway, until they can be easily pierced with a knife.
  6. Use tongs to transfer the potatoes to a plate.

Notes

Choose russet potatoes for best results. Remember to poke the potatoes to allow steam to escape.
