Description
Deliciously simple air fryer baked potatoes achieve perfect fluffy texture and crispy skin in a fraction of the time.
Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes (7 to 9 oz each)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (or use a cooking spray)
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes under running water, then thoroughly dry with a towel.
- Poke each potato all over with a fork, 4 to 5 times.
- Rub with olive oil and sprinkle all over with sea salt.
- Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket.
- Cook in a basket-style air fryer at 400°F or toaster-style air fryer at 375°F for 35 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway, until they can be easily pierced with a knife.
- Use tongs to transfer the potatoes to a plate.
Notes
Choose russet potatoes for best results. Remember to poke the potatoes to allow steam to escape.
