Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (any shape)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and salt.
- Toss until pasta is well coated and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor and freshly grated Parmesan for a silkier sauce. Reserve some pasta cooking water to adjust sauce consistency as needed.
