Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mash banana in a bowl.
2. Add oats, egg, milk, and cinnamon.
3. Mix until combined.
4. Cook in a non-stick pan 2–3 min per side.
5. Serve with fruit.
Notes
Freeze extra portions.
Great with yogurt or nut-free spreads.
