Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour (95 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil)
  • Cinnamon sugar (granulated sugar and cinnamon to taste)
  • Non-stick cooking spray (such as avocado oil)


Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  2. Add the self-rising flour to the mashed banana and mix using a spatula or fork.
  3. Knead the mixture until it turns into a smooth, slightly sticky ball.
  4. Divide the dough into seven equal pieces.
  5. Shape each piece of dough into a small ball.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the donut holes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  8. Cook at 350°F (177°C) for 6 minutes.
  9. Carefully take the donut holes out and brush them with remaining oil.
  10. Roll the warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
