Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour (95 grams)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil)
- Cinnamon sugar (granulated sugar and cinnamon to taste)
- Non-stick cooking spray (such as avocado oil)
Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the self-rising flour to the mashed banana and mix using a spatula or fork.
- Knead the mixture until it turns into a smooth, slightly sticky ball.
- Divide the dough into seven equal pieces.
- Shape each piece of dough into a small ball.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the donut holes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t touching.
- Cook at 350°F (177°C) for 6 minutes.
- Carefully take the donut holes out and brush them with remaining oil.
- Roll the warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
